by commissioning me you have accepted the terms of service and understand all art created is non-refundable and is copyrighted work to not be used for AI

  • Payment upfront, after I tell you the price I won't move past the sketch phase until payment is properly secured.

  • If you use my Art for Commercial use I require a extra 30 USD, selling it with a adoptable and using it for commission’s references are OKAY without extra payment.

  • Payment is all in USD, United States dollars. I'll take cashapp, paypal, Zelle, (and/or discord nitro if applicable)

  • I have the right to decline a commission for any reason

  • Reference photos or very descriptive details are needed/recommended when drawing an OC. If images are not provided be aware I will ask many questions to make sure the art is drawn properly.

  • All drawings will be in png format, if we are on an app that lowers the quality I'll gladly send it to another app or email it to you.

  • I don't do refunds, if you do not like an art piece I can tweak it a little but I will not redo the entire drawing as I send WIPs and progress shots through the entire commission process to make sure it is satisfactory.
